As sole proprietor of PDTArchitect, I provide 28 years of architectural expertise guided by passion, professionalism and service excellence.
I provide a full spectrum of architectural design service founded on a commitment to client satisfaction with unmatched fee value.
I am an astute designer and a skilled project manager. I am an accredited LEED Professional, as well as an Architectural Technologist. My designs are guided place context, scale, proportion, colour and materiality. I employ energy efficiency, passive solar design techniques and environmentally friendly material selections. I strive for efficient constructability and cost effectiveness.
My technical pragmatism is balanced with joyful artistic creativity – both harness functional art.
My service approach stems from the orchestration of owner objectives, project budget, site context and design meaning. My project management methodology is influenced by scheduled milestones and owner desired construction delivery method.
